These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the public website operated by Inara Integrative Coaching (“Inara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at inaraintegrativecoaching.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Website Only
These Terms apply only to the public Website. They do not govern coaching services or create a coaching relationship. Coaching services are available only after Inara and the client enter into a separate coaching agreement. If a coaching agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding coaching services, the coaching agreement controls.
Adults Only
The Website and Inara’s services are intended for adults age 18 and older. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Educational Information; Not Medical or Mental Health Care
The Website provides general educational information about coaching, health and wellness, family building, pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, work-life integration, and related subjects.
Website content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or a substitute for care from a qualified licensed professional. Inara’s coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, provide psychotherapy, or replace medical or mental health care.
Do not delay or disregard professional care because of information on the Website. Contact an appropriate licensed professional about questions concerning your health, treatment, pregnancy, fertility, mental health, medications, or other individual circumstances.
The Website is not an emergency service. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.
No Coaching Relationship
Viewing the Website, contacting Inara, submitting a public form, downloading a resource, or scheduling an introductory call does not create a coach-client relationship. A coaching relationship begins only through a separate written coaching agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual circumstances and outcomes vary. Inara does not promise or guarantee pregnancy, conception, adoption, placement, treatment success, improved health, a particular personal or professional outcome, or any other specific result from using the Website or from coaching.
Testimonials, examples, research summaries, and descriptions of possible benefits are illustrative and do not guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Permitted Use
You may use the Website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related accounts;
- interfere with the Website’s security, operation, or availability;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping, or an unreasonable volume of requests;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

Public Forms and Submissions
If you submit information through a public Website form, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide.
Do not submit medical records, detailed health information, or other sensitive client information through a public Website form unless the form expressly requests it. Client health and coaching information is collected separately through Inara’s secure client systems after a client relationship is established.
If the Website allows comments or other public submissions, you remain responsible for what you submit. Inara may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others.

Intellectual Property
The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, downloads, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Inara and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print Website content for your own lawful, noncommercial use. If Inara provides a free downloadable form or resource, you may use it for its stated personal or professional purpose, but you may not sell it, remove ownership notices, misrepresent it as your own, or redistribute it commercially without written permission.
Any third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Links and Third-Party Services
The Website may link to third-party websites and services, including scheduling, client-portal, research, payment, or professional resources. Third parties operate those services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Inara is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. A link does not necessarily mean that Inara endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked site.
Website Availability and Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inara’s total liability for any claim arising solely from use of the public Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inara and its owner, coaches, and personnel from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the public Website or these Terms that is not subject to a non-waivable legal right must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You and Inara consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Website, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted means that the updated Terms apply to your subsequent use.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
