About
About Inara
We support women and birthing people over 35 through every chapter of creating or expanding a family: preconception, fertility treatment, adoption, pregnancy, and early parenthood.
Fertility, physical health, relationships, work, and identity don't exist in separate boxes. What's happening in one area affects the others. We built Inara around that, so you have one consistent partner across every chapter, whether you're just starting one or moving into the next.
We work alongside your fertility specialist, OB, or therapist, not instead of them. Inara is HIPAA compliant, and with your permission, we can coordinate directly with your care team.
Our coaches hold National Board Certification through a partnership between the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching and the National Board of Medical Examiners, the same body that certifies physicians. That certifying exam sets a real standard for competency, ethics, and scope of practice, in a field where anyone can currently call themselves a coach with no training at all.
We welcome every path to parenthood: natural conception, ART, donor conception, adoption, single parents by choice, LGBTQ+ families, and everything in between.

Ellie Noriega
NBC-HWC, CIFC
Founding Inara Coach
Ellie knows how much life can change while you're busy making other plans. Her own has included a serious health crisis, building her family through donor conception and adoption as a single mother by choice, fertility treatment, later infertility and pregnancy loss, and becoming a mom while juggling work, home, health, relationships, and a midlife ADHD diagnosis.
She brings the perspective of someone who has had to research hard questions, make difficult decisions, change course, and figure out what works in a life that is complicated, full, and very much still in progress. She's curious, practical, irreverent, and completely, unapologetically convinced her daughter hung the moon.
One of Ellie's favorite things about coaching is watching a client find a solution she never would have thought of herself. She stays curious, asks the questions, and lets the client work it through.
Then something clicks.
And watching someone find an answer that is entirely their own still delights her every time.
