International Processing

If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and, where applicable, other countries in which service providers process information.
Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

- complying with a legal obligation;
- our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, where those interests do not override your rights; or
- your consent.
For health, sexual-orientation, or other special-category information, we rely on explicit consent or another condition permitted by the GDPR when one is required.
You may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, receive certain data in portable form, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work or where you believe a violation occurred.
When we receive personal information about you from another source, we provide the additional information required by law unless an exception applies.
Where required, transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected by an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
