For Providers
Care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends.
Neither does her life.
Inara helps your patients follow through on the care you provide and make measurable progress in the behaviors that shape health across preconception, fertility, adoption, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, returning to work, and the years that follow.
Healthier patients. Better outcomes. Less burden on your team.

Patients work directly with Inara. Your practice doesn’t have another program to administer.
A simple referral process
Refer a patient in under a minute.
With the patient’s permission, send us their name, phone number, and the referring provider or practice. Please do not include clinical information.
Inara will make up to two contact attempts. If we do not connect, we will not contact the patient again unless they reach out to us.
Coaching changes what happens after your recommendation.
Nutrition. Movement. Sleep. Stress management. Medication adherence. Recovery.
The recommendation is only the beginning. Your patients may understand exactly what you recommend and why it matters. Following through consistently while managing treatment, work, relationships, caregiving, changing symptoms, and competing priorities is another matter. That is the work health coaching is designed to address.
Patients follow through more consistently.
More of what you recommend makes it beyond the appointment. Coaching gives patients the accountability and problem-solving support to keep moving when treatment demands, competing priorities, or disrupted routines get in the way.
Coaching moves the needle.
Patients make measurable progress in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, medication adherence, and other behaviors that shape health. In fertility care, personalized coaching produced greater lifestyle change than standard health information alone.
Those changes are more likely to last.
A systematic review found that 25 of 28 studies reported at least one improvement that lasted or continued to improve after coaching ended.
They have a better experience of care.
Across 10 of 11 studies in a 2025 review, health coaching was associated with greater satisfaction with care.
Get your time back. Increase staff capacity.
Spend more time where your expertise matters most.
More of your limited time stays available for the clinical decisions, complex conversations, and patient care that require you.
Extend your team’s capacity.
Reduce repetitive non-clinical demands on nurses, coordinators, and staff, so more of their time stays available for the patients and work that need them most.
Add value without adding another workflow.
Patients work directly with Inara. Your practice doesn’t have another platform, program, inbox, or process to manage.
Strengthen the experience patients associate with your practice.
Connecting patients with a trusted resource for the non-clinical parts of their care strengthens their experience of the care you provide and reflects positively on your practice.
What happens when you refer a patient to Inara?
Inara coaches meet with patients virtually through structured, client-led coaching sessions on a weekly or biweekly cadence, with different coaching options based on the support they need. Eligible services may be paid for with HSA or FSA funds.
Coaching stays within a clearly defined scope. When a clinical question, symptom, or concern arises, the patient is directed back to the appropriate member of their care team.
